Empennage Fairing

There are good building days, bad days, and days you're glad you didn't break anything.  
Today was a good day because the empennage fairing came out really good.

We had to heat the fairing to get it to surround the horizontal stabilizer.

A couple of curves makes it interesting.

Chet suggested three 6-32's to hold it together.

This riveting tools makes it easy.
